We at Nordic Oil strongly believe in CBD and want as many people as possible to benefit from CBD. More and more people are turning their attention to CBD. However, we notice that many are not sure if CBD oil works for them.
How does it work?
At Nordic Oil you can safely buy your CBD product and we stand behind our products 100%. If the product does not meet expectations, you can use our satisfaction guarantee. With our satisfaction guarantee you can return the CBD oil within 30 days and we are happy to give you the option to exchange the product for another product or to get a full refund. The warranty only applies to new customers.
To be able to use the satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You have used the product regularly and correctly for a period of at least 2 weeks.
- You have followed the instructions of the products and, if applicable, the instructions of our customer service.
- You have realistic expectations of the product, which have not been met.
- You meet the conditions described in the satisfaction guarantee form.
How can you use our satisfaction guarantee

After you have submitted the form, we will check within 5 working days whether you meet the requirements. If you meet the requirements, we will send you a return label, which you need to return the products. As soon as we receive the product back, we will refund your money.
IMPORTANT: Do not return the product before we have reviewed your form.
